Marcelo Calviello, craftsman manufacturer of Argentina’s finest rods, and Fly Fishing Soul have organized for second consecutive year, two weeks of bamboo fly fishing and casting and technique clinic. The event will take place in Lago Verde Wilderness Resort in Los Alerces National Park in the following dates: |
Week 1: December 30th to January 7th. Week 2: March 27th to April 3rd. Marcelo and Alfredo will be the hosts and will be accompanied by the best guides and instructors from the Patagonia, Raul San Martin, Rolo Pradere, Andrés Muller. A friend and great fisherman and caster, Lu Warner, will be there too to share the fishing and clinic days. The Waters to fish are the Rivadavia, Arrayanes, Carrileufu and Frei Rivers and the Verde, Menéndez and Kruger Lake, as well as the spring creek that runs close to the he Lago Verde Lodge. The event is directed not only to those who already fish with bamboo rods but also to those who would like to get to know these traditional rods, the waters within the Park, or improve their casting and share a great fishing week with this group of guides and fishermen.
